What should I do when Outlook is asking me to authenticate?

When outlook asks you to authenticate its looking for your current password so it may ask the email server for any new emails that might be coming in.
When typing in your username you'll want to put in your domain "IPC\" for your organization followed by your username.

Your email address is not your username
Then enter your password and click 'remember my credentials'
