FTPS Account Creation Process
Customer Service Representative to create helpdesk ticket to request new FTPS account

Select Help Topic “Request FTPS Account”
Request must include: Company Name, Customer Contact Name and Customer Email address.
Include date needed by. Please allow 24 hours when possible.
Customer Service Representative will be notified when the account is created thru the ticketing system.
The Username will be provided in the Ticket Response.
The Customer Service Representative will email the username and instructions document to the client and CC admins@intellicor.com. Email should indicate that a separate email will be sent with the logon password.
A network administrator will email the password to the client in a separate email.
