How can I check on the status of my ticket?

1. First you want to go to the main page over at https://support.intellprinting.com
2. Click on the 'Check Ticket Status' link
3. Enter your email address that you used to create the ticket and ticket number you will have received via email after submitting the ticket.
Additional Notes:
- if you've lost your ticket number and wish to check the status of a ticket you may call one of us in IT or you may submit another ticket asking for the original ticket number
